Weihua 658m Intelligent Vertical Shaft Lift Gantry Crane Accepted

Project Introduction:

Weihua Group has successfully developed a 658-meter intelligent vertical shaft lift gantry crane, which recently passed acceptance at a pumped storage power station in Zhejiang. This major achievement is not only a breakthrough in crane manufacturing technology but also shows the strong strength and leading level of Chinese manufacturing in the field of global high-end equipment.

The pumped storage power station's diversion shaft is 658 meters deep- the deepest hydropower shaft in China- with a complex construction environment and extremely high technical requirements. In response to this challenge, Weihua, relying on years of technological precipitation and innovation, has specially developed a super-high lift gantry crane. This lift gantry crane is specially designed for shaft excavation, TBM equipment assembly and lifting, pressure steel pipe installation, and other difficult operation scenarios, which effectively ensures the safety, efficiency, and precision of the construction process, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the project.

Project Significance:
