Project Introduction:

Recently, the 400t-105m Shipbuilding Gantry Crane manufactured by WEIHUA has successfully passed the product completion acceptance, as the first overseas project delivery in 2025, this successful acceptance has sounded the horn for WEIHUA's order delivery.

• Lifting capacity: 400 tons, maximum load test up to 500 tons (1.25 times load test).
• Span: 105 meters, suitable for large shipyards and welding platforms.
• Functions: With the functions of steel structure segment lifting and aerial overturning to meet the demand for efficient operation in shipyards.
• Design Considerations: Fully integrated with the geographic location, meteorological conditions (humidity, wind speed) and hydrological environment of the project site to ensure stable operation of the equipment under complex working conditions.

Acceptance process:

The product completes the overall assembly and joint debugging in the factory, and passes the running test smoothly. During the acceptance process, the 400t shipbuilding gantry crane successfully lifted 500 tons of load and completed 1.25 times load test.WEIHUA reported in detail to the acceptance expert group on the process design, production process and performance test results, and won the unanimous approval of the expert group by virtue of the high-quality performance of the product and accurate technical parameters.

Progress of other projects:

Since the resumption of work and production at the beginning of the year, WEIHUA has delivered several projects one after another:

• Yulong Port Project: Two sets of automated shoreside container cranes have been shipped to the customer's site and will be put into operation soon.
• 3000t single girder gantry crane: the first set is undergoing on-site testing.
• 3600t double girder gantry crane: the first set of equipment has entered the installation and delivery stage.
