The shipyard gantry crane is a heavy duty gantry crane designed for the shipbuilding industry. It is mainly used for lifting the hull sections, assembling parts and turning over the hull. The load capacity is 100~2000 tons, which can meet the needs of large ship construction.

The equipment consists of a bridge, a trolley running mechanism, a trolley and electrical equipment. The bridge adopts a box-type welded structure, which runs smoothly and is flexible to operate. Multi-functional operation ability

Upper trolley dual main hook design

Equipped with dual main hooks, located on both sides of the main beam, can be independently or synchronously moved laterally 0-2 meters, to enhance the flexibility of lifting.

Lower trolley's main and secondary hook configuration

The main hook and secondary hook are located below the center of the main beam to meet the lifting requirements of different weights and precision.

Up and down trolley cooperative operation
