Advantages of QY Insulation Overhead Crane:

QY Insulation Overhead Crane is suitable for factories that smelt aluminum, magnesium and other electrolytic non-ferrous metal equipment. It is used for material hoisting, equipment installation and maintenance.

The QY Insulation Overhead Crane features three layers of insulation for safety:

1. Insulated hooks and pulleys
2. Insulated lifting mechanism and trolley frame
3. Insulated small frame and cart

The resistance value of each insulation is not less than 1mΩ at normal temperature (temperature 20~25℃·relative humidity ≤85%).

Features of QY Insulation Overhead Crane:

1. QY type insulated hook bridge crane is suitable for non-ferrous metal electrolytic aluminum, magnesium, lead, zinc and other smelting workshops.
2. The crane is mainly composed of a bridge frame, a cart operating mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. In order to prevent the current on the live equipment from being transmitted to the crane through the hoisted components during the working process, it will endanger the life of the driver and the equipment. Safety, so several insulation devices are set up in the appropriate parts of the crane.
3. The cranes are all heavy duty working system. To ensure safe lifting, the lifting mechanism is equipped with double brakes.
4. The operation of the crane is all completed in the driver’s cab.
