Advantages of Movable Ship Loader:

Mobile ship loader is a large bulk material machine used in bulk material terminal loading. Generally, the ship loader is composed of a boom, a boom belt conveyor, a telescopic chute, a tail car, a walking device, a gantry, a tower, and a pitching device.

Features of Movable Ship Loader:

The whole machine can run along the wharf, with good mobility, flexible operation mode and strong adaptability to ship types.
The boom only performs pitching and telescopic actions. During operation, the loading position of the chute is changed by the cooperation of the boom telescopic and the traveling of the cart. The slewing drive and slewing bearing are omitted, and the whole machine is simpler and lighter.
The model adopts the herringbone structure type, adopts tubular profiles as the main force-bearing components, and uses less plate-beam welding structure, which reduces the procedures of shearing and welding in the manufacturing process, reduces the difficulty of manufacturing and processing, and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
The use of telescopic chute can reduce dust pollution during loading.
The whole machine adopts PLC centralized control, and the main mechanism adopts frequency conversion speed regulation mode, which makes the mechanism run smoothly without impact.
