Product Introduction

Hydroelectric power station dam top gantry cranes are specialized in lifting, shifting, and overhauling operations of hydroelectric power station gate systems and barriers to meet the needs of full-cycle operation and maintenance of hydraulic equipment. The hydropower station dam top gantry crane is divided into two types: unidirectional and bidirectional.

One-way gantry adopts fixed opening and closing mechanism integrated gantry design, directional walking along the dam axis, with a single-track linear operating range, suitable for single-row gate operation; two-way gantry configuration orthogonal arrangement of lifting trolley system, can realize upstream and downstream multi-position lifting, covering the double-row gates and barrage operation, with cross-row operation capability, operational flexibility is better.

Structure

The hydroelectric power station dam top gantry crane mainly comprises gantry structure, traveling mechanism, lifting trolley, hoisting mechanism, electrical control system, and other components. The following are the functional characteristics of each component:

• High stability gantry structure: box beam/truss design, equipped with wind and anti-shaking devices, spanning 30-50m, suitable for dam working platform layout.
• Precise traveling system: dual-track motor drive, equipped with buffer braking device, traveling speed of 15-30m/min, positioning accuracy of ± 10mm.
• Large tonnage lifting system: integrated main/auxiliary lifting mechanism, wire rope winch system, rated lifting capacity of 50-500t, support for synchronous control of double lifting points.
• Intelligent speed control lifting mechanism: frequency conversion motor drive, with overload protection function, speed adjustable (2-14m/min), to meet the needs of conventional and fast gates
• High protection electrical control: PLC control system, IP55 protection level, support for remote monitoring, optional laser positioning, and load monitoring module.

• Multiple safety protection: the door legs are equipped with a running buffer and a windproof rail clamping device, which can effectively cope with unexpected conditions and bad weather.
• High-efficiency lifting system: Supporting dual modes of vertical lifting of gate groove and rotation of gate hinge, the large-span gate adopts synchronized control of dual lifting points (synchronization accuracy ≤±10mm).
• Hydrodynamic adaptive design: with a hydrodynamic compensation function and load-water pressure linkage control, the gate can be opened and closed stably under the impact of water flow.
• Large lifting capacity: lifting capacity of 50-500t, conventional speed ≤ 4m/min, fast gate 10-14m/min, working level A3-A5, wind resistance level up to 12 standard.

Application

• Gate System Operation and Maintenance: Completing the installation, overhaul, and replacement of various types of gates, such as spillway sluice, water intake sluice, and so on.
• Barrage maintenance: to realize the lifting, shifting, and cleaning operations of the barrage;
• Emergency rescue: quickly open and close gates to regulate water level during flood season.
• Equipment overhauling: to cooperate with the lifting and maintenance of turbines, valves, and other underwater equipment;
