Product Introduction

The electrolytic copper intelligent overhead crane is a high-efficiency lifting equipment specially designed for the copper electrolysis refining process. Working Process

• Anode plate lifting: Lifting the anode plate to be electrolyzed from the stacking area to the electrolyzer.

• Electrolysis process coordination: Help adjust the spacing of the plates during the electrolysis cycle to optimize the current distribution.

• Cathode plate removal: After electrolysis is completed, remove the copper-deposited cathode plate and transfer it to the cleaning or stripping station.

• Waste anode disposal: The residual pole plate is lifted and transported to the recycling area to complete the cycle operation.
