This is a QC overhead crane with magnet cap. 50t/10t, used to suck steel items into the iron smelting furnace, and a 100t/32t YZ overhead crane for foundry exported to Vietnam.
According to the customer's requirements, we have arranged engineers and experienced technicians to provide free on-site guidance on the installation of the crane on the requested date, assist the customer in adjusting the crane on site, guide load testing and debugging, and provide training to the customer. Each overhead crane is equipped with an instruction manual, and we can also arrange remote technical guidance.

Strong bearing capacity:The overhead crane has a very strong bearing capacity and can easily handle the lifting and transportation of iron and other magnetic materials, greatly improving production efficiency. Electromagnetic disk design: QC overhead crane with magnet is equipped with a detachable electromagnetic disk. When the current is connected, the electromagnet can firmly attract steel objects. When the current is cut off, the magnetism disappears and the objects are placed down. This design makes the electromagnetic bridge crane more efficient in handling magnetic materials.
