  • Carry out the cleaning, oiling, and plug-in test run of the overhead crane in the least time period. When necessary, a temporary switching power supply can be laid for use.

Generally, the overhead crane can be assembled on the road, and then hoisted to the rail by the overall lifting of the crane. The lifting point should be determined according to the structure of the overhead crane, the net weight of the bridge body, the car and the car cab, and the core parts.

  • The bridge body entering the industrial workshop must be assembled with anchor bolts after leveling and leveling, so as to ensure that each wheel of the overhead crane is on the same plan.
  • The special connecting plates of the left and right half-bridges must be assembled according to the identification of the manufacturer. When tightening the connecting anchor bolts, the cross tightening and batch tightening methods should be applied at the same time, and cannot be tightened at one time.

When the distance between the overhead cranes exceeds the column distance of the industrial workshop, the hoisting method should be determined after calculation.

Some workshops have overhead cranes whose overall width exceeds the column spacing of industrial workshops. Whether this type of overhead crane can be lifted and hoisted as a whole must be determined according to the calculation.

Debugging

Connect the electrical control system of the overhead crane according to the product drawing, and connect the safety trolley wire collector/reel flexible cable. Install each limit switch according to the drawing. Install a three-phase power indicator light on the end wall of the rail. Install the power air switch and connect with the safety trolley/reel flexible cable. Measure the insulation resistance of the electrical main circuit and the control circuit, and the resistance value conforms to the provisions of GB50256-96. The electrical installation must comply with the provisions of GB50256-96 and GB6067-85 and other standards.
