The roasting multifunctional crane is a special lifting equipment designed for high-temperature roasting processes in the metallurgical, chemical, and building materials industries. It integrates composite functions such as material transfer, kiln loading and unloading, process monitoring, and emergency handling. It adopts a high-temperature-resistant steel structure frame and a special ceramic fiber thermal insulation protection system. It can operate continuously in an environment above 800°C. It is equipped with an adaptive hydraulic grab and infrared thermal imaging positioning module to achieve accurate grabbing of roasting materials (such as anode blocks, catalyst carriers, etc.) and dynamic calibration of the position in the kiln.
This model is usually equipped with a dual PLC redundant control system and an integrated roasting curve synchronization algorithm. It can automatically adjust the lifting rhythm according to the process temperature curve to avoid sudden cooling and heating of materials. Key components such as steel wire ropes use galvanized ceramic composite coating technology, which increases the life of the wire rope by more than 40% in a corrosive flue gas environment. Some high-end models are also equipped with waste heat recovery slings to convert the radiant heat of the grabbed materials into auxiliary power energy. Different from conventional metallurgical cranes, its unique three-dimensional anti-sway system can effectively suppress the swing of the load caused by airflow disturbance in the kiln, with a positioning accuracy of ±2mm, meeting the stringent requirements of modern roasting technology for intelligence and low loss.
