Mining vertical shaft gantry crane is a kind of high safety, high reliability, multi-functional and high efficiency lifting equipment designed and developed on the basis of double girder gantry crane and combined with the actual working conditions and characteristics of the shaft. The equipment has a high level of intelligence and automation, applicable to a variety of complex working conditions, can be installed both outdoors and inside the cave.

According to the actual demand, its structure form can adopt portal, bridge or fixed bracket structure, and can be equipped with independent man-carrying and load-carrying systems. Each system and mechanism can work independently or cooperatively within the diameter of the shaft to meet diversified construction needs.

Mining vertical shaft gantry cranes are widely used in cable shafts of hydropower stations, high-voltage shafts, outlet shafts, exhaust shafts and other types of shafts, excavation, support stage equipment lifting, transportation of materials, later installation of equipment and staff conveyance and other operations.

Application

Mining vertical shaft gantry cranes are suitable for the whole process of operation from shaft excavation to later equipment installation, mainly including the following scenarios:

Personnel transportation: vertical transportation of construction personnel in the shaft.
Hydroelectric power station project: excavation, support, equipment lifting and material transportation of various types of shafts such as cable shafts, high-voltage shafts, outlet shafts, exhaust shafts and so on.
Equipment installation and overhaul: lifting, installation and overhauling of equipment such as small excavators, drilling rigs, spray protection equipment, slipforms, BOX pipes, pressure steel pipes and so on.
Material Transportation: Vertical transportation of materials such as steel bars and barrels.

Smooth running and accurate positioning: runs smoothly with high positioning accuracy, supports micro-movement, inching and anti-rocking functions, and can realize synchronous operation of multi-agency and multi-lifting points.

Ultra-high winch technology: completely solve the problem of ultra-high winch wire rope disturbing and hoist rotation, with rope breakage protection and fall protection to ensure operational safety.

Redundant design: The man-carrying mechanism adopts redundant design and is equipped with misoperation protection and automatic return-to-zero protection, reflecting the concept of humanized design.

Intelligent management: It supports animation simulation, working load status display, record and save function, which is convenient for operation monitoring and data analysis.
