Double Beam Hoist Overhead Crane is an efficient material handling lifting equipment with a structural design that provides strong load carrying capacity and flexible operating performance to meet the needs of various industrial environments. The electric hoist, as the hoisting mechanism, is an important part of the LH type hoist bridge crane, which can move freely along the track to realize the handling of goods in different positions. The electric hoist itself has the function of lifting, and the lifting and lowering of goods is accomplished through the drum and wire rope.
The core part of double beam hoist overhead crane is the bridge frame which is composed of two main girders and end girders. The box structure bridge frame enhances the rigidity of the whole and ensures stability during the operation. The main beams are equipped with rails for the lateral movement of the electric hoist to ensure the smooth operation of the electric hoist on the bridge so that it can accurately move to the required position for lifting and handling of goods.
To meet the requirements of different lifting needs and working scenes, the double beam overhead traveling crane is divided into LH-type double girder overhead crane and NLH-type European double girder overhead crane.
LH type double beam overhead crane is usually equipped with a wire rope electric hoist with fast running speed, which is suitable for occasions of frequent operation, but the requirement of running accuracy is low. Its lifting capacity ranges from 1 ton to 20 tons, which is suitable for the handling and lifting of light materials. With a simple structure and low overall height, it is suitable for environments with limited plant height, but its stability is slightly weaker. LH-type hoist overhead cranes have low cost, which is ideal for customers with limited budgets and small lifting needs, and are widely used in scenarios such as machining workshops, assembly lines, and small warehouses.
NLH European Type Double Girder Overhead Cranes have a higher load capacity, ranging from 5 tons to 32 tons, suitable for medium or heavy material handling. Equipped with FEM standard double-speed or inverter-controlled European electric hoist, the motor is ABB, the reducer uses SEW, and the electrical components use Siemens. The running speed is adjustable and the operation is precise to meet the demand for high stability and precision operation. Its structural design focuses on durability and is suitable for high-intensity and long-time working environments.NLH cranes can also be equipped with a remote control or automation control system, which is more powerful and suitable for heavy equipment installation, steel processing, and logistics and warehousing scenarios. Although the cost is higher, its excellent performance and cost-effectiveness are more suitable for customers who have higher requirements for equipment.
