According to the different installation methods, Column Jib Crane is mainly categorized into two types: fixed and mobile. Fixed columns are firmly fixed to the ground, while mobile types are mounted on a removable base for flexible position adjustment. As a horizontal extension structure, the length of the jib can be customized according to the actual demand, and it can extend and retract within a specific range to adapt to the lifting needs of different working areas. The design of the cantilever takes into account the load-carrying capacity to ensure that it can effectively cope with weight, torque, and other external forces when lifting heavy objects.

Fixed column jib crane: Fixed column jib crane also known as floor mounted jib crane, the columns are firmly fixed on the ground, suitable for long-term fixed operation scenarios, such as workshops, production lines, etc., to provide higher stability and load-bearing capacity.
Mobile column jib crane: the column is installed on a movable base, which makes it easy to adjust the position flexibly, suitable for occasions that need to change the working area frequently, such as warehouses, maintenance workshops, and so on.
Both types are equipped with electric hoists and high-precision slewing devices, supporting flexible operation and precise positioning to meet the lifting needs of different industrial scenarios.
Industrie manufacturière
In workshops of machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and other industries, floor-mounted jib cranes are used to move parts, raw materials, etc. For example, it could move small processed parts from one machine tool to another, or move raw materials from the warehouse to the production line.

Grande flexibilité: Comme le cantilever peut pivoter et se rétracter, il peut couvrir une grande zone de travail dans un espace relativement restreint. Il convient donc parfaitement aux endroits où l'espace est limité mais où des opérations de levage multipoints sont nécessaires.

Installation simple: La grue à colonne en porte-à-faux est plus facile à installer. Elle ne nécessite pas d'ingénierie de fondation complexe. En général, il suffit de fixer fermement la colonne sur le sol ou sur une fondation appropriée. Le cycle d'installation est court et la grue peut être mise en service rapidement.
Faible coût: Le coût d'achat de l'équipement et les coûts d'installation et d'entretien sont relativement faibles. Sa structure est relativement simple et le coût des pièces n'est pas élevé.
