The electrolytic copper intelligent overhead crane is a high-efficiency lifting equipment specially designed for the copper electrolysis refining process. Equipped with customized spreaders, it can accurately complete the gripping, transferring, and positioning of cathode and anode plates in the tank.

Working Process

  • Anode plate lifting: Lifting the anode plate to be electrolyzed from the stacking area to the electrolyzer.
  • Electrolysis process coordination: Help adjust the spacing of the plates during the electrolysis cycle to optimize the current distribution.
  • Cathode plate removal: After electrolysis is completed, remove the copper-deposited cathode plate and transfer it to the cleaning or stripping station.
  • Waste anode disposal: The residual pole plate is lifted and transported to the recycling area to complete the cycle operation.
