Recently, three portal cranes and one rail-mounted container gantry crane provided by Weihua Group for Jinhua Port were successfully delivered and officially put into use. The successful implementation of this project will effectively improve the port cargo handling efficiency, ease the regional logistics pressure, and provide strong support for Jinhua City to build a modern water transport hub.

Through communication with the customer, we understand that the operating environment of Jinhua port is more complex and the handling volume is relatively large, so we need to add a few container lifting equipment to improve the loading and unloading efficiency. According to the port layout and related parameters provided by the customer, Weihua Group customized a set of advanced port lifting equipment solutions for Jinhua Port. Three sets of portal cranes: designed with a high-strength structure and equipped with an intelligent control system, and can efficiently complete the loading and unloading tasks of bulk cargoes and general cargoes. The portal cranes have good wind resistance and operational stability, and are suitable for all-weather continuous operation in the harbor. One Rail-mounted Container Gantry Crane: The crane has a lifting capacity of 40 tons and is equipped with special container spreaders, capable of lifting containers of different sizes (20ft/40ft/45ft). It can effectively handle 100 to 120 containers per day and can be stacked up to 6 layers. The container crane is equipped with high-precision positioning and an automatic anti-sway function, which can greatly improve the efficiency of container transfer.
Weihua's technical team followed up the project from the preliminary program design to equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, and commissioning, and all the equipment passed strict performance tests before leaving the factory and was successfully delivered to Jinhua Port.
At present, three portal cranes and one rail-type container gantry crane have been officially put into use. All the equipment is running stably, and the loading and unloading efficiency has been significantly improved, effectively alleviating the problem of cargo backlog in Jinhua Port.
