YH metallurgical wire rope electric hoist, also known as a high-temperature electric hoist, is designed for lifting molten metal and other high-temperature solid objects designed for special lifting equipment. Its lifting capacity is usually ≤10 tons, lifting height is ≤20 meters, working environment temperature is -10℃~60℃, and relative humidity is not more than 50% at 40℃. weihua provides many kinds of metallurgical electric hoists, including 0.5 tons, 2 tons, 3 tons, 5 tons and 10 tons etc., which are equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as double brakes, double limits and heat insulation boards etc., and are suitable for places with no fire, explosion danger and corrosive medium. YH metallurgical electric hoist has a compact structure, mainly composed of lifting mechanism, running mechanism, control device, the second control device, etc. It is specially designed for the metallurgical industry with high temperature and high load working conditions, with the following features:

• 1. Double braking, safe and reliable: It adopts YZD series conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with protection class IP44 and insulation class H. The built-in conical brake is used as a supporting brake. The hoisting mechanism is additionally equipped with an independent safety brake, which acts directly on the reel and can effectively prevent heavy objects from falling, even if the transmission system fails.
• 2. High-temperature protection, stable operation: specially designed high-temperature heat insulation protection function, effectively blocking the high heat radiation of molten metal.
• 3. High-temperature resistant steel wire rope, long-lasting and durable: adopting high-strength steel core steel wire rope, with excellent high-temperature resistant performance.
• 4. overload protection, accident prevention: the lifting mechanism is equipped with an overload limiter, which issues an alarm when the lifting capacity reaches 95% of the rated value, and automatically cuts off the lifting control circuit when it reaches 105% to ensure safety.
• 5. Double limit, precise control: the hoisting mechanism is equipped with double limit protection. The first level is the fire break limit, and the second level is the break control protection, which can effectively prevent over-winding or over-descent.
• 6. YH metallurgical electric hoist can also be equipped with an anti-collision device and sound and light alarm device to further enhance the safety performance.
