In March 2025, Weihua Group successfully delivered and installed five 320-ton ladle crane, including three 320/80/15t-25m ladle cranes and two 320/80/15t-31m ladle cranes, for a large iron and steel manufacturing company in Hebei.

Timely Response

After receiving the RFQ for this project, the Weihua team first went to the customer's production workshop to conduct a detailed site survey and technical evaluation. Considering the limited space, frequent operation efficiency, and the safety of long time operation, finally Weihua technical team recommended the 4-beam, 4-rail structure overhead crane for the customer, and optimized the structure of the main gearbox to realize the interchangeability of the trolley wheels with the wheels, to ensure the safety and stability of the four-wheel drive.
